In the spring of 2011, not long after my 43rd birthday, I took photos of all the random images I’d posted on my studio wall over the previous year or so. There are images that inspire or amuse me, reference drawings, mementos, and gifts. Together they form a snapshot of a time in my creative life, an indirect sort of self-portrait.
